So many of my clients complain they never have time to prepare breakfast as they are rushing to work each morning. The beauty of smoothies is that they are super quick to prepare and you can make them packed full of goodness. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially if you are working. You do not want to fall asleep at your desk. You want to be alert and full of energy. This smoothie is delicious and healthy. Remember that you do not have to use the ingredients that I use. If there are any ingredients that you do not like, feel free to substitute it with another healthy option.
Almond milk ( how much you use depends on how creamy you prefer your smoothie)
1 tablespoon of almond butter
2 tablespoons of oats
1 scoop of hemp protein
1 teaspoon of pumpkin seeds
1 teaspoon of raw cacao powder
1 scoop of Neil’s yard organic green powder
Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend till lovely and smooth. Add ice if you prefer it cold. It is that easy! Enjoy!
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it is so important to fuel your body with the correct nutrients to kick start your day full of energy. This is a quick and easy smoothie that is very filling and nutritious.
1 cup of mixed berries
2 tablespoons of bircher muesli
6 almonds cut into pieces
half a banana sliced
2-3 tablespoons of coyo coconut yoghurt mixed berry flavour
handful of berries to place on top of the smoothie
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Place the mixed berries in the blender and blend till smooth. You can add a little coconut or distilled water if you like. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or a small mason jar. Add the bircher muesli, almonds and sliced banana. Then add the coyo yoghurt topped with some fruit and chia seeds. Enjoy!
